Nameservers are the servers which you use to publish information about your domain. They tell the world how to find your website, for example, and where to deliver your mail. You tell us which nameservers you are using when you register a domain name.
The register entry for each domain name contains the list of nameservers. To make a change to this list (for example if you are changing your network configuration, or changing service provider), you should log in to your self-management account. Changes made using self-management are made immediately.
Alternatively, if you prefer, or haven't yet set up your self-management account,, you may still request changes by submitting a change request ticket. Change requests made through the legacy ticketing system need to be confirmed by email and are normally processed within 1 working day.
